The good news for real estate professionals is that the internet has not replaced brokers. Instead, it has served to augment the relationship between buyers and brokers. The internet functions as an information resource.

Floor plans can be derived from onsite measurements or existing plans. When onsite, accurate hand measurements are taken of each room and all details are recorded. This includes all fixtures, garages, decks, porches and patios. On the same day room measurements can be e-mailed to you. The plans are then drawn using CAD. Each floor is presented on one page along with a composite page of all levels. After you review the plans, they can be posted on MLS and Realtor.com. Also a link can be provided for your website. Floor plans will be produced as quickly as possible meeting your schedule and all information is confidential throughout the process.

To provide additional information and enhance your presentation, photos can be embedded in the floor plans. A button is positioned to indicate the view which is photographed. When clicked on the photo appears. Multiple photos can be included for each room along with exterior shots of the home and surrounding area. Renderings can take the photos or you can provide them. This provides you with both flexibility and savings. A community interactive map can be linked to the floor plans. In addition, interactive floor plans can be posted on MLS and Realtor.com which allows you to display both a floor plan and photos together.
Interactive Community Maps:
Interactive community maps are an exciting new addition to our services. Photos of points of interest are embedded in the community map. These could include historical sites, shopping areas, recreation areas, libraries and schools. This will not only provide buyers with information but also give them a sense of community. The maps will be available for both spring and fall views. In addition to the photos, links are provided for each point of interest when available. The maps can be linked with floor plans and virtual tours when posted on your website and Realtor.com.
